• Copy of Current CA driver's license or CA ID and SS card
• Most recent bank statement ​(To show first months rent & deposit)
• If using child support or alimony or SS income, please submit proper documentation
• Most recent credit report
• At least one reference
• Minimum Requirements​: Established positive credit minimum of 70%. Satisfactory rental history. Minimum FICO score of 640. Gross income should exceed 2.5 to 3 times the rent.
• For approved applicants, $500 Non-refundable holding fee
