• At least one reference
• Minimum Requirements​: Established positive credit minimum of 70%. Satisfactory rental history.
• Minimum FICO score of 640. Gross income should exceed 2.5 to 3 times the rent.
• For approved applicants, $500 Non-refundable holding fee
• Utilities: Resident pays for all utilities including electric/gas, trash, sewer, and water
